LCW - Medical Communications Partner
The Challenge
Lucy Williams started LCW back in 2015 and immediately began to assemble a talented team around her, delivering events for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies around the world. Eight years on, and while regularly competing with other large agencies, Lucy wasn’t quite sure how to steer her website in a direction that would reflect the achievements and future ambitions of the team.
The Approach
Working closely with the senior team at LCW, we delved deep into the history of the name, logo, and website. We then assisted them in developing a set of brand values and a value proposition that aligned with their approach and culture. LCW decided to remove the reference to ‘consulting,’ and together, we crafted a new strapline, URL, and a set of key messages that underpin their approach. Once these foundational elements are in place, we can work our magic on the visual brand.

The Outcome
The desire for logo and colour changes grew when Cross Origin introduced a visually rich solution. We redesigned letter shapes, resolved negative space issues, and repurposed a petal from the original logo into a unique ‘W.’ These adjustments, combined with subtle colour updates, provided the creative assets for a stunning 3D brand video showcasing LCW’s capabilities.
